When volatility is decreasing it means we are moving sideways. When MA is moving downwards alongside – the momentum is decreasing for the previous
When volatility is very small there is upcoming move (20-40% move)
Red color: volatility is extremely high after some massive move.
Basically a good indicator to see upcoming move
